My experience with The Fuller Force can only be described as spectacular. Lori, Bryce and Connie were very hands-on, always more than happy to answer any questions I had, and were incredibly knowledgeable about the industry and all the little nuances of the business. They were also extremely patient with me, especially considering I had never purchased a home before and threw plenty of questions their way! Another notable aspect of the way they operate is that they’re never pushy and never make you feel pressured to buy anything you’re not really attached to or make a decision you’re not comfortable with. One huge bonus to working with them is that you don’t just get access to a single realtor, but THREE. So even if one is unavailable for whatever reason, you’ll have two others as backup. This was very convenient throughout my search as I was never without help. This fantastic realtor team not only checks off every box you could hope to hit, but they even go above and beyond what’s required of them. At closing, they not only brought me doughnuts but did so from a place they knew I loved. As if that wasn’t enough, I was also given a bunch of very useful items to get me going, including paper towels, plastic drinking cups, garbage bags, snacks and much more. We were referred to Bryce Fuller by a co-worker in early 2018. They were happy with Bryce’s service. I interviewed him on the phone and told him my relocation situation. He agreed with my request and we hired him and his team immediately for our search / purchase in the Gurnee / Libertyville area! Bryce is very responsive to my requests, either through text or phone or e-mail. We received his response almost always within 24hrs, including the time-consuming market analyses. He was always on time or ahead of time with our house hunting appointments. To each house, he would share his valuable opinion with us, the pros and cons of each house.
